Handmade items take time to create. Please allow 7-10 working days for production of stitching mats & project bags. Notion rolls, project rolls, small totes may take 10- 18 days for project while larger items (retreat totes and project cases) may take up to 12 weeks. Needlework Project Bags purchased may be returned to Creative Country Girl if damaged or not working properly. Returned items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving items with return shipping paid for by the purchaser.
